Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

When you place an order, the delivery date is based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping option you choose. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. For items in stock, we will ship within 3-5 business days (holiday shipping schedule varies). Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment. Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Upon shipping you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped, providing your UPS package tracking number.

APO & FPO Addresses

Currently we do not offer shipping to APO addresses. Any orders placed using APO addresses will be cancelled if a physical address cannot be provided.

PO Box Addresses:

Currently we do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses. Any orders placed using PO Box addresses will be cancelled if a physical address cannot be provided.

International Shipping:

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time:

The transit time of your item is based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Upon shipment you will be notified via email the UPS tracking number for your order.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs for orders depend upon the shipping option you choose at checkout. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Payment:

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Payment will not be processed until the items ordered enter the shipping process.

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail notification if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us in the event of authorization failure.

Availability:

You will be notified via email if your products are unavailable for shipping. You have to option to hold your order without charge until stock becomes available, or you may cancel the order.

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. You must request the cancellation in writing. Email all cancellation requests to orders@tfg24gold.com

Return Policy:

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days will be refused and not credited. You must contact our returns department returns@tfg24gold.com to request a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the return will be refused at the shipping dock. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks however in some cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (individual bank processing time may vary). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

**Retail customers may only return items with manufacturer defects. Retail locations must obtain authorization by contacting our returns department returns@tfg24gold.com to request a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the return will be refused at the shipping dock. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  • 1.Contact returns@tfg24gold.com to obtain your return authorization number.
  • 2.Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  • 3.Clearly mark the outside of the box with your return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box or the return will be refused at the shipping dock.
  • 4.Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
  • 5.We recommend you use a shipping service that offers a tracking/insurance option. We are not responsible for items lost in transit for return.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item as per our Return Policy (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

 

You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
